ARTICULO 519 . Procedencia. Para conceder la condena de ejecución condicional, se dará cumplimiento a lo dispuesto en los artículos 68 y 69 del Código Penal y se fijará el término dentro del cual el beneficiado debe reparar los daños ocasionados con el hecho punible. Cuando existan bienes secuestrados, decomisados o embargados, que garanticen íntegramente la indemnización, no se fijará término para la reparación de los daños.
