Quienes tengan asociación profesional, o comunidad de oficina con miembros de la Junta Directiva o con el Director General, o sean sus consocios, excepto en sociedades anónimas, están, asimismo, inhabilitados para celebrar los actos y contratos prohibidos; a aquéllos. Para los funcionarios expresados y los demás del Fondo, regirán las demás incompatibilidades en cuanto no sean contrarias a las aquí señaladas.
