El artículo 153 del Decreto 2666 de 1984, quedará así: “Aceptación provisional de los datos de la declaración. La Administración de Aduana aceptará provisionalmente los datos consignados en la declaración, si cumple con los requisitos exigidos y se fundamenta en la información contenida en los documentos que la acompañan con relación a la posición arancelaria, régimen de importación, cantidad, gravamen y valor de la mercancía”.
