Son adjudicables solamente a colonos cultivadores, a los ocupantes con ganado y a los contratantes con el Gobierno, conforme al artículo 4º de la Ley 30 del corriente año, las tierras baldías de la Provincia de Urabá y de la Intendencia del Chocó, quedando reformadas en consecuencia las disposiciones contrarias a la presente.

Estas adjudicaciones se harán con las limitaciones y formalidades de que trata el Código Fiscal y leyes pertinentes.
