Auméntase en veinte por ciento (20%) los derechos de importación que se cobran en las Aduanas de la República sobre los artículos comprendidos en las clases 2° á 13° inclusive, y en cincuenta por ciento (50%) sobre los artículos comprendidos en las clases 14° y 15° de la tarifa vigente.
