LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 2.° Cada Sección de Gendarmería Nacional queda sometida á las órdenes de la primera autoridad política del lugar como representante del Gobernador ó Intendente respectivo, para efectos del servicio local y supervigilancia.
