Para efecto de prestaciones sociales los grados de General conferidos por el Gobierno con anterioridad al año de mil novecientos cincuenta y tres (1953), corresponderán a los grados de Brigadier General y los grados de Teniente General al de Teniente General que por este estatuto se establece.
