Las Secciones a las cuales se les reduce o aplaza un monto global del Presupuesto de Gastos, deberán determinarlas partidas específicas afectadas contal medida y comunicarlas dentro de los quince (15) días siguientes a la publicación del presente decreto al Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público-Dirección General del Presupuesto Público Nacional.
