Junta de reclamaciones. Para estudiar y decidir la reclamación, el Subdirector del Instituto correspondiente conformará una Junta compuesta por el Decano o Jefe de la Sección Docente como Presidente, el Jefe del Departamento Académico respectivo como vocal, el profesor de la asignatura con voz pero sin voto y el Secretario Académico como Vocal y Secretario de la Junta. La nota definitiva de la prueba será determinada por mayoría de votos.
