En el mes de marzo de cada año, previa convocatoria hecha por el Gerente, se reunirá la Asamblea General de Accionistas en sesión ordinaria. Si venciere dicho mes sin que se hubiere efectuado por cualquier causa la reunión de la Asamblea, ésta tendrá lugar por derecho propio a las doce del día del primer jueves de abril o al día siguiente si aquel no fuere hábil, sin necesidad de convocatoria. No obstante, la Asamblea podrá reunirse válidamente sin previa convocatoria del Gerente en sesiones extraordinarias cada vez que lo juzgue conveniente la Junta Directiva y/o el Revisor Fiscal, o cuando lo quiera un número de accionistas que represente por lo menos la tercera parte de las acciones colocadas.
