Artículo once. Declaránse de utilidad pública cualesquiera libros, registros, índices, anotaciones, etcétera, que posean empleados actuales de Notarías u Oficinas de Registro, o particulares, y que hayan sido elaborados con base en los libros oficiales de la respectiva oficina. El Ministerio de Justicia queda autorizado para arreglar, en cada caso, el valor de los objetos indicados con sus dueños, previa la intervención de peritos.
