º. Para el desarrollo de sus funciones, la comisión podrá crear una subcomisión técnica, con delegados de cada uno de los miembros, a fin de preparar los documentos y estudios preliminares que sirvan de base a las propuestas que se sometan a la consideración de toda la comisión.
