Art. 30. El pago de las demás pensiones se hará prorateando entre los pensionados, si no pudieren ser pagados íntegramente, la partida que anualmente se ponga en el Presupuesto para el pago de esta clase de pensiones.

Cuando no alcancen a pagarse estas pensiones con la partida indicada, se entenderán rebajadas en el respectivo año fiscal, en la cuota que falte para completar el valor de ellas.
