Igualmente serán aplazados cuando así lo soliciten los estudiantes de que trata el artículo 23 de la Ley, siempre que cumplan con los requisitos de inscripción en tiempo oportuno y las solicitudes de aplazamiento sean hechas en la misma forma y periódicamente una vez vencidos los plazos legales.
