El dos por mil adicional sobre el impuesto predial, establecido en los puertos marítimos por la Ley 25 de 1921 , se destinará en Santa Marta a las obras de saneamiento de dicha ciudad que se determinan en la presente Ley, y le será entregado por el Tesoro Municipal a la junta encargada de los fondos del centenario.
