Revocatoria de oficio. En cualquier caso, la autoridad judicial podrá, de oficio, revocar los beneficios concedidos, de hallar probado que el desmovilizado incumplió cualquiera de los requisitos exigidos en los artículos 6° y 7° de la Ley 1424 de 2010.
