° Para que los Municipios de Barbacoas y Quibdó puedan recibir de la segunda anualidad, inclusive en adelante, el auxilio de que se trata, es indispensable además del cumplimiento de las formalidades señaladas .en el artículo anterior, que se acredite la inversión de los fondos recibidos, en obras de asistencia pública y saneamiento exclusivamente.
