Aguas alumbradas en perforaciones mineras o petroleras. Las aguas alumbradas en perforaciones mineras o petroleras se concederán, en primer lugar, a quienes realicen las perforaciones hasta la concurrencia de sus necesidades, y podrán concederse a terceros si no perturbaren la explotación minera o petrolera.
