ARTICULO 20 . LIQUIDACION DEL FONDO. - Una vez cumplido el término de cinco (5) años previsto en el Artículo Transitorio 46 de la Constitución Política, el Fondo de Solidaridad y Emergencia Social entrará en proceso de liquidación, el cual se efectuará conforme al procedimiento que para el efecto establezca mediante decreto el Gobierno Nacional.
