Pagado el pasivo externo de Cofinpro S.A., y constituidas las provisiones previstas en el presente Decreto, el remanente de los activos sociales pasará a la Nación - Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público, en consideración a la entrega de recursos por éste a la entidad y a su liquidación en cumplimiento a lo dispuesto por el literal d) del artículo 313 del Estatuto Orgánico del Sistema Financiero.
