El acta contendrá, además, el lugar, días, mes y año de la celebración del matrimonio, los nombres y apellidos de los casados, los del juez, testigos y secretario. Registrada esta acta, se enviará inmediatamente al notario respectivo para que la protocolice y compulse una copia a los interesados. Por estos actos no se cobrarán derechos.
