DE LA NO ACEPTACION DE LA OFERTA . Si dentro de los quince días siguientes a la oferta, las entidades públicas no manifestaren interés en aceptarla, la misma se formulará a los demás socios privados. Si no hubiere otros socios privados o los existentes no quisieren adquirir las acciones o cuotas ofrecidas, estas se podrán enajenar libremente.
