Artículo primero. Los empleados subalternos de la Rama Jurisdiccional, del Ministerio Público y del Contencioso Administrativo cuyo nivel a) de remuneración en el cargo que sirvan sea inferior al nivel d) que venían disfrutando en el cargo servido antes de la vigencia de los Decretos 1356 y 1701 de 1964, sobre nueva división territorial judicial, tendrán derecho, dentro del nuevo grado, al paso o nivel equivalente al de su antigua remuneración.
