Omisión en el reporte oportuno de voluntarios activos convocados. Las entidades del Subsistema Nacional de Voluntarios en Primera Respuesta que no reporten oportunamente a sus direcciones nacionales, la relación de los voluntarios acreditados y activos que sean convocados para atender situaciones de calamidad, desastres, emergencias y eventos antrópicos, serán responsables de las prestaciones económicas y asistenciales del Sistema General de Riesgos Laborales que se deriven del accidente o enfermedad que puedan presentarse por causa y con ocasión de las actividades realizadas en tales situaciones.
