Inaplicabilidad de la Ley 4 a de 1976 . Por estar sometidos al régimen prestacional especial, consagrado en este estatuto, la Ley 4 a de 1976 no rige para los oficiales y Suboficiales de la Policía Nacional en goce de, asignación de retiro o pensión policial, ni para los exalumnos, de las escuelas de formación de Oficiales y Suboficiales en goce de pensión, ni para los beneficiarios de unos; y otros.
