º . En caso de guerra, conmoción interior, o peligro de que a juicio del Gobierno, se altere la paz pública, éste podrá tomar las instalaciones para su uso exclusivo, hasta que se restablezca la normalidad, o suspender el servicio, o hacer desmontar los aparatos, sin que en ninguno de tales casos el concesionario tenga derecho a indemnización alguna.
