El artículo 1º del Decreto 1735 de 1964 quedará así: Las disposiciones del presente Decreto se aplicarán al ejercicio de la jurisdicción coactiva para el cobro de los tributos y sanciones cuya liquidación, administración, control o recaudo corresponda a la División de Impuestos Nacionales del Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público.
