Las investigaciones administrativas que se adelanten para el decomiso de las mercancías, la imposición de sanciones, la formulación de liquidaciones oficiales de revisión y de corrección, la declaratoria de incumplimiento y la efectividad de garantías y la verificación de origen de mercancías, se surtirán de conformidad con las siguientes disposiciones.
