Art. 361. Las embarcaciones mayores cuyos dueños quieran tener respecto de ellas los derechos i las obligaciones correspondientes por leyes o tratados a los buques nacionales mercantes, deberán :

1.° Ser rejistrados en uno de los puertos de la República habilitados al efecto :

2.° Tener una patente o documento que compruebe ra nacionalidad ; i

3.° Llevar la bandera colombiana.
