Artículo quinto . Las Especialidades Farmacéuticas, congeladas a favor del Fondo de Estabilización, llamadas a revisión por el Ministerio de Salud Pública, mientras hayan permanecido en ese estado, no serán canceladas, siempre que las personas naturales o jurídicas alemanas y sus legítimos sucesores procedan, dentro del término mínimo de un año, a someterse a revisión aquellas especialidades que deseen licenciar o revalidar.
