º . Tendrán derecho al reconocimiento y pago de la bonificación de actividad judicial los funcionarios de que trata el artículo 1º del presente decreto, siempre que cumplan con el ciento por ciento (100%) de las metas de calidad y eficiencia que para tal efecto, en forma semestral se establezcan por la respectiva autoridad.

Parágrafo

Para el reconocimiento de la bonificación de actividad judicial el 30 de junio de 2005, no se exigirá la calificación a que se refiere este artículo, y su pago se efectuará a más tardar el 30 de septiembre del presente año.
