Concurrencia De Permisos

Decreto 216 de 2021 · por medio del cual se adopta el Estatuto Temporal de Protección para Migrantes Venezolanos Bajo Régimen de Protección Temporal y se dictan otras disposiciones en materia migratoria.

Concurrencia de permisos. El ciudadano venezolano que sea titular de un Permiso por Protección Temporal no podrá contar con ningún otro tipo de Permiso otorgado por la Unidad Administrativa Especial Migración Colombia o visa expedida por el Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores.

En caso de presentarse la concurrencia entre permisos, incluido el salvoconducto de permanencia (SC-2) otorgado a los solicitantes de reconocimiento de la condición de refugiado, la Autoridad Migratoria cancelará de manera automática cualquier permiso distinto al Permiso por Protección Temporal (PPT).

En caso de concurrencia entre visa y el Permiso por Protección Temporal, se cancelará de manera automática este último.
