Las pruebas se practicarán durante la audiencia; pero los interesados deberán pedirlas por escrito por lo menos cuarenta y ocho horas antes de la celebración de la misma.

Si alguna de las partes solicitare pruebas el último día, los demás interesados podrán pedir, dentro de las veinticuatro horas siguientes, las que tiendan a impugnar, aclarar o adicionar los hechos en aquellas contenidos.
