Las personas que por cualquier medio impidan u obstaculicen la vigilancia fiscal de los funcionarios de Hacienda, respecto del recaudo de los impuestos de que trata este. Estatuto serán sancionadas con multas sucesivas de $200.000 a $ 1.000.00, que impondrán el Jefe de la División de Impuestos, los Administradores o Recaudadores de Impuestos Nacionales, mediante providencia motivada.
