ARTICULO 3°. Deróganse los Decretos números 2295 de 1940 (Diciembre 21) y 837 de 1942 (Marzo 28), aprobatorios de los Reglamentos de castigos Disciplinarios y reclamos para el Ejército y del de castigos Disciplinarios de la Armada Nacional, respectivamente, así como todas las demás disposiciones que sean contrarias al Reglamento que se aprueba, el cual regirá a partir de la fecha de expedición del presente Decreto.
