° Para contabilizar los tiempos máximos de permanencia de que trata el artículo 1. del Decreto Número 1823 de 1991, solamente se tendrá en cuenta el tiempo durante el cual el funcionario haya desempeñado cargos diplomáticos o consulares. En ningún caso se contabilizará el tiempo de servicios prestados en cargos administrativos en el servicio exterior.
