° Cuando se revoque por la autoridad competente cualquiera de los beneficios concedidos por 1 Decreto 0328 de 1958, según lo preceptuado por el Artículo cuarto del mismo Decreto, será necesario, para hacer efectiva la medida, que la providencia correspondiente ha, ya sido consultada con el superior y se encuentre ejecutoriada.
