Art. 27. Los procedimientos en las causas de fraude, con excepción de aquéllas de que trata el

Parágrafo

del artículo anterior, serán los prescritos en el Capítulo V, Título X, Libro III del Código Judicial de la Nación, salvo las disposiciones especiales que el gobierno establezca en los Decretos reglamentarios de las rentas provenientes de monopolio.
