La modificación de las características esenciales de una estación de radiodifusión sonora, sin la autorización previa y en debida forma del Ministerio de Comunicaciones, dará lugar siempre a la suspensión inmediata del servicio y a multa no inferior a doscientos (200) salarios mínimos legales mensuales.
