El cargo de perito, cuando el dictamen comprenda cuestiones técnicas de ingeniería o de arquitectura, se encomendará a Ingeniero con matrícula en al especialidad que requiera la peritación, o Arquitecto matriculado, según la materia de que se trate. Lo dispuesto en el inciso anterior no rige para los dictámenes que deban rendirse en los procesos y asuntos cuyo conocimiento corresponda a los Jueces Municipales o a las autoridades de policía.
