Secretaría Técnica. La Secretaría Técnica del Consejo Nacional Ambiental será ejercida por el Viceministro de Ambiente y Desarrollo Sostenible, el cual desarrollará, además de las incorporadas en el reglamento del Consejo Nacional Ambiental, las siguientes

Actuar como Secretario en las reuniones del Consejo y de sus comisiones y suscribir las actas.

Convocar a las sesiones del Consejo conforme al reglamento y a las instrucciones impartidas por su presidente.

Presentar al Consejo los informes, estudios y documentos que deban ser examinados.

Las que el Consejo Nacional Ambiental le asigne. CAPÍTULO V Disposiciones finales
