La Junta Directiva queda autorizada para que, una vez terminada la construcción del edificio, pueda promover, por medio de licitación, el arrendamiento del local con destino al funcionamiento del hotel, o para organizar por administración el mismo funcionamiento, si no fuere posible dar el local en arrendamiento en buenas condiciones.
