° Los sindicados por delitos de competencia del Poder Judicial, a quienes deba reducirse a prisión preventiva, serán llevados a la Cárcel del Distrito judicial, a la de Circuito o a la Municipal, según que exista la primera, la segunda o sólo la tercera, en el lugar donde se inicie la investigación de acuerdo con la actual división territorial judicial.
