Art. 25. Se les abonarán a los alumnos de la escuela de injeniería de la Universidad nacional los cursos que hubieren hecho sobre la materia, i se abrirán clases, si fuere necesario, especiales en el establecimiento, sobre las materias de los que les falten, i que exija el presente decreto, para el complemento de la carrera de injenieros, con el fin de que no pierdan tiempo alguno ni sufran ningun atraso.
