Art. 271. Los Jueces Superiores de Distrito Judicial se arreglarán á lo que disponen los artículos 1701 á 1709 del Código hasta poner la causa en estado de señalar día para la celebración del juicio; pero no harán éste señalamiento, sino abrirán el juicio á prueba por el término de diez días.
