El Gobierno Nacional se hará cargo del pago de las prestaciones sociales al personal que al momento del traspaso esté al servicio del Ferrocarril de Antióquia hasta por un valor de $ 6.000.000.00, sumá que será entregada de contado al Gobierno Departamental de Antióquia para que con ella cancele exclusivamente esas prestaciones, siendo de cargo del Departamento cualquier exceso sobre esta cantidad.
