Cédese al Hospital de Caridad de Popayán, con destino a la construcción de un salón para tuberculosos, lo que sobre de la cantidad de cuatro mil pesos ($ 4, 000), que de acuerdo con la Ley 58 de 1916 , correspondió al Cauca, para las víctimas de las inundaciones en ese Departamento.

Parágrafo

Los reclamos que no hayan presentado los damnificados noventa días después de la promulgación de esta Ley, serán desechados.
