ARTICULO 2.1.2.2.18 . AUTORIZACION DE LA SUPERINTENDENCIA BANCARIA. Cada vez que una corporación financiera proyecte una emisión de bonos de garantía general o específica, deberá obtener aprobación de la Superintendencia Bancaria, para lo cual informará sobre el monto de la emisión, el número de serie de los bonos, la fecha de la emisión, así como el plazo y periodicidad de las amortizaciones, las cuales no podrán iniciarse antes de un (1) año, y el interés que devenguen.
