Ley 181 de 1995 · por la cual se dictan disposiciones para el fomento del deporte, la recreación, el aprovechamiento del tiempo libre y la Educación Física y se crea el Sistema Nacional del Deporte.

Los departamentos, municipios o distritos y sus entidades descentralizadas diseñarán e implantarán los sistemas de control interno a que se refiere el artículo 269 de la Constitución Política, para garantizar la protección y el uso honesto y eficiente de los recursos que se transfieren, ceden o asignan en desarrollo de la presente Ley.

El control fiscal posterior será ejercido por la respectiva Contraloría Departamental, Distrital o Municipal, donde la hubiere y la Contraloría General de la República de conformidad con lo establecido por la Constitución Política y la Ley 42 de 1993 .
