Decreto 2301 de 1997 · por el cual se crea el Consejo Asesor "Sistemas Año 2000".

º. Secretaría Técnica. La Secretaría Técnica del Consejo Asesor "Sistemas año 2000" será ejercida por la entidad que el mismo Consejo designe y tendrá las siguientes funciones

1.

Asesorar y colaborar con el Consejo Asesor en la orientación, evaluación y seguimiento de las diferentes actividades desarrolladas por éste.

2.

Convocar a sesiones ordinarias del Consejo Asesor una vez al mes. Las sesiones extraordinarias serán convocadas en cualquier momento a solicitud del Presidente del Consejo Asesor.

3.

Elaborar las actas de las sesiones del Consejo Asesor y mantener actualizados sus archivos.

4.

Tramitar la correspondencia del Consejo Asesor de acuerdo a las instrucciones del mismo.

5.

Publicar y divulgar los trabajos, estudios, informes o investigaciones que realice el Consejo Asesor.

6.

Las demás que le asigne o delegue el Consejo Asesor.
